Insulinomas are tumors on the pancreas, so pancreatic cancer could be a
way
to refer to it.

insulinoma.

How old is she? Was the blood done by drawing from a vein and serum sent
for the test, or just on one of those quick accucheck machines?
I would do a serum test, and even consider an insulin level if there is
any
doubt.

I would think at those levels she would be drowsy, sleeping more, staring
episodes, drooling episodes, seizure, or something.
