I guess that maybe it would be good know what type of malignancy the vet was suggesting. I was thinking that perhaps the vet was wondering about the presence of something more virulent like lymphoma so i wondered if the nodes felt too hard, if the ferret had that sweet-rotty smell which sometimes accompanies a malignancy, or something like that -- a part of the examination which isn't readily obvious to others type of thing.
