Hi,
Our ferret Rocket hasn't been feeling well since Monday.
He is about 2 1/2 years old. First time not feeling well.
All he has been doing is sleeping. He gets up to go to
the bathroom and back to bed. He didn't eat at all on Tuesday.
I brought him to the vet yesterday and they gave him Fluid therapy
for dehydration. He had a temp of 103.2. The vet gave me
Clavamox to be given .02ml 2x daily and Nutrical to be given 1ml 2x daily.
If he isn't feeling any better by Friday I am to bring him back for
blood to be drawn.
I am feeding him Gerber Chicken w/ gravy baby food. How much is a good
amount for him to eat?
Can anyone tell me what we could be looking at here?
He walks fine when we get him up and he has a glossy look to his eyes.
Any help would be appreciated.
