I did a quick look in the vet texts of Purcell, of Fox, and of Hillyer and Quesenberry but did not see any problems for ferrets mentioned for neomycin. Of course, that doesn't mean it will be of any help. I don't know if new work exists with a medical routine built around that. You appear to be aware of the Biaxin, Amoxi, Carafate one, and of the Amoxi, Flagyl, and Pepto one. I think that you'd possibly find that some of the past vet posts to be found at

There are also prolapse approaches in there, but it may be that the situation has been persistent enough that you should consider asking about having a purse string done. A few stitches are put in the rectum and left there for a while to give it the chance to get tighter.
