Hi,
I think the largest kidney is normal. It become bigger to suply the other
kidney function. Have you did blood creatinin and urea mensurement? If
they are normal, there is no problem. That's why we have two kidneys: if
one failure, other can make all work. And with an ultrasound exam we
can see kidney morphology and if the smallest kidney has some
problem it will apear in the exam.
