She is my client since last year. I'll try to acquire medical records from the past vet. This animal came from another state because the owners were transfered to here.

19 years is 5 years beyond the longest verified old age. This would make an interesting journal article. Do you have the ferret's lifetime medical records in your hospital? If not, could you acquire
them from the past vet(s) not only to have a verifiable age but to have the medical history to present as part of the full picture?
