The cached Google page trick will work for this page too, until the
original site is back up. Here's the step-by-step approach:
Go to Google's main page at http://www.google.com/ Enter this exact
address (copy and paste it):
http://www.afip.org/ferrets/ECE/ECE.html
and hit the Google Search button.
When you get your page of results, select "Show Google's cache of
www.afip..." Again, pics usually won't work until the actual site is back
up, but the text is viewable.
