I have a previously black nosed ferret, MF male. He just passed his 7th
birthday in March. He's almost blind and slowing down in his old age.
Have had a few surgeries over the last year but was in perfect health up
until the age of 6.

What I mean by the "previously" black nose is that most black nose ferrets
that I know of kind of wear the blackness of their noses or the
pigmentation changes somehow. Sounds strange but Critter's nose is now
kind of a mottled pink/black.

My big concern of longevity is my panda boy. I've heard many negative
things about their longevity based on genetic mutations...and boy do I
have a mutant! 4 pound, deaf, panda, bob tail loveable monster!
