Anna, my Eeyore went into a sleeping funk after losing her last cagemate.. I tried as you are, giving the xtra attention etc. I waited months and she wouldn't perk up. She didn't have any enthusiasm left for investigating or playing... I ended up adopting a playmate from a rescue for her and she perked up and now plays more once again. She has a bit added skip to her step once again.. She still sleeps more then ever - that comes with age..but no matter how hard I tried on my own, I couldn't help the void she was missing after losing her cagemates.. Maybe adopt Wish a friend?
