My kids are split on what kind of treats they like. Some like one thing and don't like another. Some like everything:)They do eat the pounce treats soft and cruncy both. Some like watermelon, red grapes peeled and make sure no seeds (just little pieces) Appleblueberry baby food, Pear baby food. Stay away from the desserts they have sugar in them. Also I make up a simple batch of the basic duck soup and they get a little (couple spoons each)(warmed) almost every day. (2 jars Gerber Chicken Gravy #2 foods)(1 jar vegetable chicken dinner)add some ferretone and water till more soupy and they love that. Plus it gets them used to eating it in case they need to be fed this for supportive care. I have never fed raisins. I know they are not good for the teeth so I am not going to even introduce to them. plain cheerios from time to time also. Hopefully some of these work for you. Good luck!!

> Hi everyone! I was wondering...are there any 'people foods' that are ferret safe to be given in tiny amounts as treats? My ferrets don't like any of the commercial ferret treat. The only thing I find is that the one likes ferretone. But that's it! I love them so much and I would like to be able to reward them with treats sometimes! I hear that some people give their ferrets a raisin here or there. But I don't know what other foods they might enjoy that would be safe for them! Thanks!
