To me the kidney values are somewhat elevated, the normals you give are more
typical of dog normals in my lab, but that may not be true in your case. You
mention that the thirst seems to have improved over the course of treatment,
but remember that kidney disease can cause anemia along with everything else.
The mass on the spleen is a concern, of course.

Possibilities include lymphoma as well as other neoplastic diseases, and my
next step at this point would probably be an ultrasound.
