Wish has been tired, acting depressed, and now he is vomiting. Is that the right combo from your posts? He may have an illness.
I really think that his blood sugar needs to be tested and have to say that a complete CBC with blood chemistry would not be a bad idea. Insulinoma is among the things which can produce this combination and it is not an unusual problem, but in case it is something else and that illness is contagious keep him away from other ferrets till your vet can say the tests give an okay bill of health in relation to potential contagions.
Again, I am not a vet, just someone who had ferrets in the family for going on 21 years.
