Hi--
Anyone have any tips for getting a fat boy to lose weight? I have a 6 month
old kit topping the scales at a whopping 1900 grams, and gaining about 300
grams a month. He seems to be a compulsive eater.
His playtime has been increased from 2 hours per day to 4 hours per day. He
is housed in a group, so simply cutting food back is not possible without
separating him out of his home.
Blood work and xrays are normal. He has gotten so large, he has difficulty
walking.
Anyone faced this with other ferrets?
