Ashling has lost both adrenals cleanly and completely (years ago) and is on Florinef and Prednisone daily as a result, but the adrenal disease damaged soem hair follicles. Since then whenevershe is under emotional stress (as when both Seven and Scooter wwere failing) she losses her fur, then regrows it when tensions are reduced.
