Julianne-

an alternative to increasing the pred for insulinoma would be to do
supplimental feedings 2-3 times a day-- of I would say Bob's Gravy very
high in protein, coverts easily in system as opposed to kibble which is
full of other stuff hard on liver & kidneys in a tired body!

Also was any recommendation given as to supports which might aid the
kidneys? This is kidney dysfunction which if not halted could
exacerbate. Sub-q pushes will help cleanse the system temporarily -
perhaps that is an option- why not ask the vet.
