It sounds like ear mites to me, but surely the vet would have thought of
that?
Do either of these vets have any knowledge of ferret health? If not, find
yourself an *exotic animal vet* there are several in the Uk. It's just a
case of making a few phone calls, and asking if they have an exotics vet at
the practice.
