For finding ferret vets and for finding info for vets use the resources on site at the FHL and elsewhere. For instance, if you go to

you will not only find useful files, but in the Reference Shelf you will find lists of recommended vets, shelters and their vets, and compounding pharmacists, as well as more.
There are a number of wonderful health links available in the Critical References Section of
http://www.ferretcongress.org
and these not only will help in finding vets with multiple listings (each different from the last) but also many materials written by vets on assorted sites to help teach vets and others about ferrets.
