Black stool is likely not from ferretone, but from digested blood as Sukie pointed out. This ferret needs to eat. Ferretone is not food and though water is very important, that's not enough either.
Go to the store and get some chicken baby food and get some in her by feeding it off your finger. Do this now, don't wait.
