It's hard to say, but that was pretty major surgery. I never let mine out of a single level "hospital" cage for at least a week. They usually seem to want to sleep that entire time, though I also realize that I don't give 'em a chance to be active.
Definitely call your vet and express your concerns, but in the meantime, you might want to keep her a little more confined and give her time to heal.
