The swollen vulva can indicate that she could have adrenal neoplasia so you do need to get the vet. It's not the sort of situation that calls for an emergency appointment but it is not something to wait much on, either, so ask for an appointment this week or maybe next if these are her only symptoms and things don't change for the worse.

Meanwhile, you will find a lot of past posts on adrenals since this is one of the most common problems seen in the U.S. and there also is a lot on this in multiple websites. Then you will know a lot about this at the time of the appointment and that will help both the ferret and you.
