Hi Sukie - when the endosorb didn't work we tried the pumpkin on Eeyore during her last bad bought of diarrhea. I mean explosive bad diarrhea. I used about 1 teaspoon (of no sugar no spice pumpkin filling) per 2 teaspoons of gerber. She improved within 24 hours.
