Hi Pam... My Pigs had what I thought to be a stroke.
Now your description of the winding upside down and especially the acute head tilt made me think of my Pigs, cause she experienced that during what I thought to be a stroke. She kept her appetite after the incident but couldn't straighten her head or lie comfortably and she had a bigtime head tilt.
This maybe a stupid idea but a head tilt and such always signaled inner ear pain I thought.. hmm
Good luck with this furkid. I hope it wasn't a stroke.
