I know the recipe calls for grinding of everything, so that was a given,
but then again you never know- I like that idea though.
I spoke to Bob C once about his recipe
and he did a lot of research and work getting it just right, so if anyone
changes it he asks them to just not call it Bob Church's Chicken Gravy,
of course you can come up with some other name :)
He also mentioned you could use other meats, like turkey, duck, I think
this would be good if a chicken allergy were suspected, like with
IBD.

I love it because the meat baby foods cost so much, and it is great to
have
a recipe that is useful and relatively easy to make and not so
expensive.

I also know it was made specifically for sick ferrets- and
since it would be all they would eat the proportions and following
the recipee is more important, for healthy ferrets who you may
just want to add something or get them used to it., they could eat the
regular chicken, meats, etc, plus some kibble so following the recipe
to the "t" is not so important- at least in my opinion.
