The original recipe is on the TriFL site. Bob Church posted on FHL
about the pressure cooker method, which he DOES approve of. Using Pam
Sessoms' pressure cooker method is not a deviation from the original
recipe but rather the preparation and cooking method. Cooking the meat
quickly and sealing in the nutrients is actually preferable. If I have
time, I will dig out Bob Church's post on that.
