Dear Managers
Today's unscheduled downtime was due to a fault with our databases which have now been successfully restored and the service is now running normally.
However, this emergency work resulted in a small period of lost information lasting from around 14.15 GMT on the 21st May until 10.42 GMT 22nd May. The types of information that may have been affected include: files and pictures, messages as well as members who subscribed to your existing groups and from any groups created during this period.
Please note that any information stored within your groups before this period has NOT been lost nor have the groups that were created before or during this period.
We deeply apologise for this incident that has impaired your use of SmartGroups during this period. Immediate measures have been put into place so we can ensure that an incident such as this will not happen again.
