Unless they are going below 20 feet, there shouldn't be a problem, unless
they have inner ear issues. I dive and have my deep water certification. A
friend of mine does, but cannot dive due to ear problems. At the depth you
would be in, there should be know problems. The condition only occurs when
changing height above or below sea level extremely fast. Like more than 25
feet in under 30 secs. Mine like the swimming pool :) They dive, well, sort
of. The fat boys float :0 I never let them swim for very long and rinse
them off. Of course, the only comparison we have to judge would be mink and
otters. Well, we know they can't swim or dive :), Of course, I am not an
expert and I hope one of the vets can answer.
