Let her recover some before the others are in with her. Not only will that let her rest, but it will prevent them from removing her stitches and from not recognizing her while she smells like medicine and the hospital.
In this situation let the treating vet know that the other ferrets have caused problems, ask what that vet wants used if anything for cleaning, and if the ferrets got some of the stitches out see if the vet wants to glue the wounds.
