Yes, she does.
Black or very dark green stools tend to indicate digested blood as with ulcers.
Crying is simply not normal ferret behavior (except for some kits soon after separation or other extreme situations) so needs to be taken seriously.
Staring off like that can be a petite mal seizure so her blood glucose needs to be checked.
Stop the tomato, please, till she is in a condition where a treating vet doesn't have any objection.
