Hi all =

Well here I am again with problems with Koda. I=92m not sure if this is a h=
ealth issue or not it may just be a behavior issue. On Friday night Koda st=
arted digging and biting at his cage bars. This went on all night long. Whe=
n we let him out on Saturday everything seemed fine, but then again at bedt=
ime he started with the digging and biting at the cage bars. I finally gave=
up and put him in a dog carrier for the night he still digs and bites at t=
he bars but at least I can put that cage in another room with the door clos=
ed so he isn=92t keeping all the people in the house and the other 4 ferret=
s we have awake all night. I have had to put him in the dog carrier 3 night=
s in a row. I was wondering can this biting and digging at the bars be a sy=
mptom of something I am missing? I also don=92t want this to go on to long =
because of potential damage to his teeth. I know I could put bitter apple o=
n the bars but that won=92t help with the digging. This came on all of a s=
udden on Friday night Koda has never been a digger or a biter? He gets plen=
ty of time out of the cage. He gets an hour in the morning before we leave =
for work. then gets out again around 4:00 until 9:30 or10:00 every week nig=
ht, he is out all day on Saturday and Sunday if we are home. Could this kin=
d of digging cause problems with claws/paws since it is metal not dirt? Any=
ideas would be helpful =

Thanks =

Jenn
