Our Scooter had to have Feline z/d; he simply could not cope with any poultry types.
There is a ferret, Rinky Dink with incredibly bad food allergy or food intolerance problems -- much worse than Scooter's were who has been described here. Here is one post on his needs and what worked after much searching by his family and vet:
