Subject: [ferrethealth] Calvin's liver

Picked up Calvin from the vet this evening. One of his liver enzymes was 6,
which we were told is VERY bad. I think she said it was the "Billy Ruben"
(sp?). Anyway, she said she had only seen two other ferrets with their liver
enzymes this high. She put him back on Actigall and Milk Thistle. Since he has not
been eating, I know this can cause it to rise a little, but what in the world
could this be and what else can we be treating it with?
