Got this back on Diablo (18 month male)

"Biopsy:
Microscopic Description: Left adrenal gland: These sections of adrenal
gland show a multilobular mass characterized by a proliferation of closely
packed polygonal to ovid cells subdivided by a fine fibrovascualr stroma.
There is moderate nuclear and cellular pleomorphisim, but scattered
mitotic
figures.

Microscopic findings: Left adrenal gland: Adrenal cortical carcinoma, low
grade of malignancy.

Comment: although the adrenal cortical carcinoma shows features of a low
grade of malignancy, close follow-up of the patient is recommended. A
cautionary optimistic prognosis should be given."

<sigh>

Who here has a ferret with one of these? I need to know how they did and
an
idea of recovery rate is.

My vet feels he got all of it, but you can never know. Anyone got a
similar
adrenal case? I have had benign, malignant, but not a low grade
malignant.
