I've been told that superglue was originally developed as a surgical
glue, and I know of a number of folks (myself included) who have used
it on never-closing cuts such as papercuts.
Those are very superficial injuries, though, and the glue stings when
it goes on. So I don't know if I'd use it to finish off stitches
without checking with a vet. I'm sure there are official surgical glues
that are better. But superglue (isocyanurate) is available at any
hardware store and at most supermarkets, so it's certainly available.
Do any of the vets here think it might be OK in a pinch?
