Does anyone have experience with this? My Pumbaa has recently had problems
with bladder stones. The Doctor first gave him a shot and then Clomax (an
antibiotic) and had me switch his diet to Totally Ferret (for older ferrets - he
is 6 years old). He seemed to be better shortly afterward, but now his
symptoms are back. The Doctor gave me pills of Uroeze and instructed me to give
Pumbaa 1/4 tablet every day. This first time, I crushed it up and mixed it with
Ferretone (which he usually goes nuts over). Pumbaa would take a couple of
licks and then go rub his nose into the towels on the bottom of his cage! He
would come back and try again, only to do the same thing! I am quite concerned
about trying to get this stuff into him if he won't even take it with 'ferret
crack'. Any suggestions?!?
