We got through to our vet and a severe infection can drop blood glucose but usually it involves sepsis. She isn't as sick as one would expect with that.
Next week more will be done trying to figure out what is going on with this little six month old who has been so ill for the last two and a half weeks: swollen node, fever, etc. She doesn't fit the pattern for any given thing and none of her many tests have been conclusive.
