Not a vet and certainly not Dr. Purcell - but are you also considering
removing that lymph node? I would certainly be interested in hearing the pros/cons
of leaving it there...I mean, if you believe that it will go malignant in the
future, why not take it now before it has a chance to spread?
Diana's only malignant node was removed prior to chemo...and we have not had
a recurrance (we are going on 2 years this december). She has been on the
chemo protocol that you mentioned, and at least in her case, it appears to be
successful in controlling the disease.
