Personally, yes, I would consider removing it, but then I'm not a
surgeon. My vet tells me that the mesenteric node is surrounded by
blood vessels, making it very difficult to remove safely. Believe me,
I asked (admittedly before we got the pathology report back).
If we can remove the node without undue risk, I'll definitely consider
it seriously. Thanks for the suggestion.
