OIC. I heard people give 4 mos on the date to male ferrets because of the prostate danger. My Eeyore's will be 9 in October and she had a slightly enlarged left adrenal that is now not even feelable upon exam. It shrunk! I know lupron cannot shrink the adrenal gland but I still am going to keep her on it...Do you agree that even though it shrunk, she probably is still adrenal? I don't want to wait for fur loss to regive the shot..She has been adrenal for 2 Years now and her only symptoms were the fur loss and slight vulva swelling. 1 month lupron did nothing but the 4 mos made her vulva shrink and her fur grow back ;o)Even though she is almost 9 and adrenal, her skin hasn't sagged and her muscles haven't atrophied. My other adrenal kids looked saggy and potbellied....still think I should get her in and not wait? It has been 6 mos on the 4 mos depot.
