While it is possible that he is still having low blood glucose problems if the insulinoma was very advanced, it also is possible that he is having the opposite problems and having a bit of post-surgical diabetes (which usually is temporary when it occurs ) . The thing to do is to have his blood sugar level tested by your vet.
