We gave Morgan a 1mg, 4-month depo injection in mid April. Morgan is a bilateral but has adrenal tissue that has metastisized to the liver, and Doc was unable to remove it. Morgan remained extremely aggressive (not sexual; just a big bully). So, I thought we would try Lupron with him. I also gave him Melatonin (1.5mg) daily for about 3 months during both before and after the Lupron injection. It's only been in the last couple of weeks that I've noticed that his aggression has calmed down quite a bit. That was a good 2 months after his injection. I had almost given up. I don't know for certain that the Lupron calmed him down but that's the only thing I've done differently with him.
