If Pan has never had FERVAC then he shouldn't react the first time. As I understand it, you have to get something at least once to develop a sensitivity to it and if you do develop that sensitivity, a reaction can occur the next time around.

I have heard some people say their ferret reacted on the very first vaccination of FERVAC, but I couldn't say if that's possible.
