What is her age? I would think even in an insulinomic ferret you can
safely fast for 3- 4hours to check a blood sugar.
Plus she may just be exhausted from pigging out, it is still possible she
didn't get fed well in her old home. See how she is acting today and
I see no harm in doing a home glucose check if you are not sure.
I can tell you my ferrets are very cautious where they flat ferret ever
since I got one of those home machines :)
