I used clay litter for about 15 years with no noticable problems. Even
used the clumping type for a while. Then I bought two new ferret kits
and the clay stuck to their butts. I couldn't pick it off because it
made their little butts bleed. it was even hard on them if I soaked it
off with warm water. So, I have tried it and I can report both
results,sticking and nonsticking.
