Hi,
One of my ferrets has a very funny smell to him, almost like sour milk.

His furr is very dry and he blows his coat durig the wrong season so right now he is in his (very Sparce) winter coat.

Also when ever he sleeps his is sucking another ferrets ears. I have had the other ferrets ears check for a yeast infect and he was fine.

And finally, he is shaped oddly like a bowling pin. During vacinations last month I asked my vet about his body shape and she told me it was predestined because I had named him "Baby Huey".

Has anyone ever heard of a sour smelling ferret with a penchant for ear sucking and imitating bowling pins?

Oh yes, the smell has actually appeared within the last two weeks and returned after one bathing.

Thanks,
Robin
