I agree with Mike on confining after surgery. Also
even though the vet removed some nodules, there could
still be microscopic insulinoma still present and even
if surgery was done again, they may not be found! It
would most likely be better at this point to treat him
medically with prednisone and supplemental feedings of
chicken/turkey babyfood along with the medicine-Angela.
