If there are respitratory complications: congestion noticible breathing
problems PLUS the dehydration etc., you may indeed be seeing either fluids
in lungs ( pneumonia-)- she needs a vet NOW
A very fast acting antibiotic - perhaps Baytril needs to be administered as
soon as a diagnosis is made.
the vet will determine if the pneumonia etc is a result of anesthesia , or
a complication from heart etc.
Do not walk RUN with her to the vet
