I'm sorry to hear about Samantha, I think you shouldn't wait until monday to
get her check up by a doctor - when ferrets show any signs of not feeling well
it is serious and they tend to go down hill fast after that, I have seen it before
and it is really sad. I'm not a vet, so I'm not an expert but I care about them too
much, so good luck I hope she gets well soon.
