Hi, My name is Linda. I'm a new member here and I need informations and comments on "Adrenal disease"...
My little Cookie has 2 years old, and I have notice some
signs since a month : symetric hair lost on the belly, less hair on the paws, scratching near the shoulders, marking behavior . There is no problem with the tail, I've heard that often the disease starts there ? We have been on summer vacations for 2 weeks, Cookie was at the vet's pension . In a card, I've asked the vet to look at him and do an exam . So we came back this saturday to get Cookie and the secretary of the clinic told me that the vet has done an exam and shown me the paper : the vet has noticed same signs as me and wrote that maybe adrenal disease is in "preparation"... What a good news ! Since that,
I'm searching in my books, in my magazines, on the Net ... and for Kleenex ... I need update on Adrenal disease , point of view of vet, good infos sites, comments and experiences of anyone who has been desperated like me one day...I'll call my vet tomorrow, so I'll tell you ... sick , but UNFORTUNATLY disease is a part of ferret's life ...
