You don't mention whether you have been hand-feeding
him. With a BG that low, I would strongly suggest
that you feed him warm chicken/turkey baby food, as
much as he will eat, every 3 hours around the clock,
then maybe you can space it out to 5 hours in a few
weeks as he gets more stable and possibly eats mroe
regularly on his own.

If he hates his meds, try mixing them in with the baby
food. If his BG was that low, he probably needs more
pred! I have had a ferret that gets a tummy ache from
the liquid pred (even the name brand), but does fine
with the pills, crushed to a powder and mixed in his
food.

The feeding and medication adjustment is really all
you can do for him at this time, as far as I know.
