Hi,
You described classic adrenal symptoms. I know our vet, if he was
convinced that it was adrenal from the hairloss and sexual behavior,
would go ahead and do surgery. It is the only cure. Of course, I'm not
a vet and I haven't seen Hecubus.
Of our nine ferrets, three have had their left gland out, one had his
right gland out, and one has had both out in two separate surgeries.
